Adolescents ages 10 - 13: Take 1 teaspoon, 2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Adolescents and Adults age 14 and older - Take 1 teaspoon, 2 - 4 times per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
