In another randomized, placebo-controlled study involving 50 women between 21 and 50 years of age, KSM-66 Ashwagandha (300mg twice daily) for 8 weeks also improved scores in the Female Sexual Function Index (FSFI) total and sub-domain scores for arousal, lubrication, orgasm and satisfaction. The group receiving KSM-66 also exhibited a greater number of successful sexual encounters compared to the placebo group.2 This formula also provides maca (Lepidium meyenii) root, also known as Peruvian ginseng, which is known for its adaptogenic properties.
