Suggested Use

Adults take 2-4 capsules daily with food or as directed by a health care practitioner.

Cautions

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are attempting to conceive or taking medication/natural health products, if you have a liver disorder, an iron deficiency or symptoms of low estrogen (such as joint pain, mood changes, changes in libido, hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness or irregular menstruations), gallstones, a bile duct obstruction, stomach ulcers or excess stomach acid, or to exclude the diagnosis of a serious cause of hormonal imbalance. Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist, worsen or you develop liver-related symptoms such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite, or symptoms of low estrogen. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported (in Canada and internationally).
