Green Tea

Green tea, known for its antioxidant properties, plays an important role in weight loss. Green tea contains compounds that specifically contribute to thermogenesis and fat oxidation. These compounds contain antioxidants known as flavonoids, including catechin and epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).
